The Psychology of Belief and Judgment Lab (PBJ) is devoted to studying the underlying psychological processes that influence the beliefs people hold about the world and the judgments they make about themselves and others. You can read more about the research being examined in the lab under the Research and Publications sections.

Professors Risen and Caruso are faculty members in the Center for Decision Research at the Booth School of Business. They are also affiliated faculty members in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Chicago.

If you are interested in getting involved with research, please contact the Lab Manager Morgan Britt via email.
